Microsoft rumored to be purchasing AOL

Latest news from sources reveals that Microsoft is planning to acquire the famous web portal AOL anytime. Microsoft is planning to use AOL as a search engine by integrating Bing in it. When this news came out the shares of AOL rose up to 1.3 % last week.

Tim Armstrong, AOL CEO stated in a recent press meet that the company is getting two new deals from “potential partners”. One is Google as AOL is used as a web search for the leader and the other might be Microsoft. The $37 Billion company is planning to purchase AOL at $2.3 Billion though there is no strong news about this.

Microsoft and AOL refused to comment on this matter.
