There was some rumor that Bold 9700 will refresh itself with some minor change and will be back in market again so that it would hit the market with some new features. The rumors that were out about the Bold 9700 were confirmed by a leak of document which contained the specification of the new Blackberry Bold R020. The model resembles the Bold 9700 visually and there will be some internal changes when compared to the old model.

The internal changes included in Bold R020 are the 5MP camera and the 256MB RAM in Bold 9700 is replaced here with 512MB RAM. More details could be captured by reading the leaked out document. The model is to be launched along with Blackberry6.
